As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement from us by email. We will aim to process your order within 5 working days.

The couriers we use normally deliver between 2 - 3 working days after collection.

Once the courier has collected your parcel, you will receive email notification from them with tracking information.

When you go to checkout and enter your email address, the shipping cost will be displayed. The cost is based on weight and size of package.

There is a Free option if you are able to collect.

The AFERIY portable power stations will be shipped direct to your address from the AFERIY UK warehouse and so there is no additional shipping cost on your order.
